So will the KTI fulfil its enormous expectations and pay dividends on the $1.5 billion being spent on the first phase of the airport? It has an initial capacity of 13 million passengers per year. It is designed as a 4F-class facility. This design allows it to handle the world’s largest aircraft. But are those aircraft coming?
